That might be the least of the concerns about using the hot tub.they actually posted a rule at the hot tub saying "do not shave while in the hot tub"
i don't know wha tcaused that rule
but i'm not using the hot tub anymore
At my gym, I think just not dropping the weights, but I guess it depends on the staff. I've heard one of the trainers have to yell it about that one time but usually it's not many people doing it. Other people always come up asking me how many sets I have left so I guess that's not an unwritten rule. I don't think loud music is allowed but most listen to the overhead or have headphones. It's a 24 so I guess the same rules apply thru out the country.
