Fruit and dried fruit: banana, grapes/raisin, apple, dates, prunes
carb: saltine crackers, pita chips, toasted bread, pretzels, Cheerios
protein: beef jerky, peanut/cashew/almond/etc.

Hmmm I'd say either reduced fat cape cod chips, or those mozzarella chesse strings. These being small portions help a lot. I hate how Walmart and stop & shop got all these snacks being at least 300 calories like wtf.

Also they aren't in my diet but pistachos are always a safe bet for me. Tho I need to give almonds a try one day.
