These guys were just on some other shyt for this album. Always dabbled in rock but these dudes are mostly responsible, this album particular, for making me a rock n roll fan. I was heavy into the rock scene after these dudes blew up

i took a lot longer. I heard "Getting in the way" as was like :ehh:, let her cook.

Then i heard "Long Walk":gladbron:

Copped the album :ohlawd: Classic after Classic, Instant Vintage.

I remember when I was living in Philly, there was a radio segment on Power 99 called Innercity. They play some of her album before it dropped and I was like :krs: bae?!

Such a classic album, even though I enjoyed her second album the most though:lawd:

I really need to get their discography on LP. I friggin loved Incubus before they started to fell off.

Morning View still gets spins to this very day.

Ya, Morning View was their last great album. After that it's just a few great songs on mediocre albums. But I mean even mediocre for them is still above average.

I blame them giving the DJ the boot:mjcry:. There's something about guitar riffs and dj scratches that feels good.

Roy Ayers - Africa Center Of The World

Funnily enough, I haven't listened to it in years, literally 3 years, because I just can't... But this is my favourite album alongside Voodoo (already mentioned)

Roy Ayers the godfather... funk at its most beautiful, soulful, uplifting, enlightening, spiritual.
