The Wrong Side of the Tracks
Some helped to abolish what they started.
African religions started it millenia before Abrahamic religions even existed.

Only 2 religions took responsibility......neither of them were 'traditional' African religions.

So, again, telling Black people to adhere to them would be hustling backwards as they offer NOTHING and are less than useless for Black people.

Of course! But you also gotta understand many folk who sold slaves BECAME slaves. For instance:

This is Abd al Rahman Ibrahima. A Fulani Slave trader & Heir to his Father's throne also a MISSISSIPPI SLAVE. He was muslim.

There in 1807, he was surprised to come across an old acquaintance, Dr. John Coates Cox.[6] In the 1780s, Cox had been serving as a surgeon on an English ship along the West African coast when he became lost and then injured while ashore and was abandoned by his vessel. He was rescued and taken to Timbo as a curiosity. There he healed, residing for six months in the household of Abdul Rahman's family, before being escorted back to the coast to find transport home.[16] Decades later, he and Abdul Rahman met by chance at the Washington market, and the two recognized each other. Cox then offered to buy 'Prince' from Foster for $1000 so the man could return home to Africa, and Cox even recruited the governor of Mississippi to his cause.[4][16][17] However, Foster would not sell, viewing Abdul Rahman as indispensable to the plantation, mainly due to his positive influence on the other enslaved people :mjpls:

He, along with 30 other Harriet passengers, died within months of their arrival amidst a yellow fever epidemic decimating the region,[26] on July 6, 1829,[27] aged about 67, never seeing Fouta Djallon or his children again.[28]

Thomas Foster died the same year as Abdul Rahman. Foster's estate, including those children and grandchildren of Abdul Rahman who remained enslaved, was divided among his heirs. :francis:

Sins of the fathers persist for how many generations? :jbhmm:

Also why would a Wiccan try to summon a Vodun entity? Those are two different religions. :dahell:
The SM- Wiccan world is crazy. I was on the outside looking in (not a Wiccan, more of a general neo-pagan), but one thing that really turned me off from them and the whole movement was the disrespect and appropriation. I've seen conversations about this exact topic and the way they rebuff actual bloodline practitioners in favor of an Aleister Crowley 'Do what thy wilt' ideology is disgusting. A bunch of silly white girls playing with primordial powers, summoning demons, clown shyt.

Ultimately, it turned me off from the movement entirely because, if there's no respect for the universal laws, what are we doing? Acting under no law at all is demonic, imo, and I'm not with that shyt.

People read a few pages of the book of the Law and think shyt is sweet. Crowley got a lot of these cacs fukked up(devil that he was) and got them thinking they can use everyone's spiritual systems.

They think everything belongs to them. They have no reverence and no respect.

ive said it before to others but Jacob in the bible is one of the best lenses for understanding (it says he struggled with God and prevailed)

his sons are like "generations" and lenses that Jacob sees outwardly with. Furthermore if Genesis is true, it implies his progeny can survive Canaan (from egypts pov the land of the dead) and successfully return to Egypt I made this post here showing how it could be reinterpreted as a barometer

the key to me is two passages

Genesis 11:1-5

1 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.

2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.

3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter.

4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.

5 And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.

and this passage

Genesis 31:43-55

43 And Laban answered and said unto Jacob, These daughters are my daughters, and these children are my children, and these cattle are my cattle, and all that thou seest is mine: and what can I do this day unto these my daughters, or unto their children which they have born?

44 Now therefore come thou, let us make a covenant, I and thou; and let it be for a witness between me and thee.

45 And Jacob took a stone, and set it up for a pillar.

46 And Jacob said unto his brethren, Gather stones; and they took stones, and made an heap: and they did eat there upon the heap.

47 And Laban called it Jegarsahadutha: but Jacob called it Galeed.

48 And Laban said, This heap is a witness between me and thee this day. Therefore was the name of it called Galeed;

49 And Mizpah; for he said, The Lord watch between me and thee, when we are absent one from another.

50 If thou shalt afflict my daughters, or if thou shalt take other wives beside my daughters, no man is with us; see, God is witness betwixt me and thee.

51 And Laban said to Jacob, Behold this heap, and behold this pillar, which I have cast betwixt me and thee:

52 This heap be witness, and this pillar be witness, that I will not pass over this heap to thee, and that thou shalt not pass over this heap and this pillar unto me, for harm.

53 The God of Abraham, and the God of Nahor, the God of their father, judge betwixt us. And Jacob sware by the fear of his father Isaac.

54 Then Jacob offered sacrifice upon the mount, and called his brethren to eat bread: and they did eat bread, and tarried all night in the mount.

55 And early in the morning Laban rose up, and kissed his sons and his daughters, and blessed them: and Laban departed, and returned unto his place.

why would two heaps start and end the confusion? :jbhmm: if Jacob is right, then everything that doesnt belong to Jacob belongs to Laban

and something that bothers me is there is a Mormon Laban :damn:
