This been a wild case with a wild outcome. 15 years probation is crazy, but I’d rather than then prison time. Thug better move himself away and just make music from the crib, disassociate himself from everything. He can still drop music, clean it up some which he’s capable of. I’d just stay totally out the mix.

He also pled no contest to a lot of the bullshyt.

Judge really did not fukk with the state at all. Everybody in that courtroom knew Thug just accepted all their bullshyt to get this shyt over with.

ATL prosecutors and detectives looked STUPID. Judge was fair af too and called out all their sloppy shyt. There were times where the judge was literally shouting at the prosecution


Their evidence was rap lyrics and instagram posts… and lil woody who made them look stupid too. They had no evidence strictly about Thug… like nothing he actually said or did solo other than raps… they were reciting his ebtire lyrics to a song as a closing argument of evidence…

And that prosecution was 2 BW and a white guy…

And tbh, Thug was gonna get off with all of the RICO charges too. I understand him taking the plea though and hopefully it leads to him changing his lifestyle, but if you watched the trial, a lot of this shyt was over 10+ years ago. Thug had already stopped involving himself with some of this shyt and some of them nikkas hadn’t even talked in years.

This is how long the state has been building this case… and they completely fumbled it.

The jurors HATED the DA’s from the state.. Even the judge disliked them. Jurors had made multiple complaints, some evidence was tampered with, some of the investigating factors weren’t clear, and it was like the state was trying to build an empty case…


So much to be said about this shyt. It was a complete embarrassment. I would counter sue for some of them honestly. It was a lot of snake shyt by the state DA and Fulton county.. not surprising

Title is misleading too, they got the gun charge but all the RICO gang shyt was tossed out. Most likely Thug was getting something similar to whatever his plea was
