Exactly correct. As I have I have stated several times on here. I have done federal prison time and I was being charged with the Rico. I pleaded down and took the safety valve. Some call it snitching. My uncle was the main target in a mass state drug selling operation. There was 28 of us. I was on the lower end only because I wasn’t always involved and did it on weekends and days off. But I did participate in the crimes. There isn’t one guy who can take it. There is snitch and lessen your years or take a plea deal. I took the plea and did the safety valve where I didn’t provide new information but just agreed with the information they had was true. My uncle said he’s going away for life and told my mom I should do what I can to come home.

RICO is different my boy. For RICO they don’t have to hunt and find proof of who committed a crime, they just have to establish you part of the enterprise. That’s easy to establish thanks to the stupidity of these rappers. So there is no eating of the charge to do. One person can’t disprove that link. They are going to jail—-check that, prison
