who is pleading out facing 100 years and getting 6 months though lolI know this is not the feds but people always talk about that "Feds conviction rate", problem with that is that only like 1 percent even go to trial.
So if you are facing 100 years and you plead to something that gets you 6 months or probation, you are convicted.
One needs to keep that in mind when they talk about conviction rate.
It was an example, but theoretically speaking people face infinity (life) and get single digit years which is an even steeper reduction.who is pleading out facing 100 years and getting 6 months though lol
Bc of Keisha Lance Bottoms which is essentially why she "quit"It’s really a lot of politics involved in this shyt. I can’t speak for other cities, but Atlanta was basically letting nikkas run wild for like a whole year directly after the George Floyd rights. Police in the city was sitting on they hands. Had to be on purpose. Crime was up across the board and arrest were down lol. It was a free for all in the middle of the city for like a year. nikkas getting car jacked, robbed, shoot outs, etc… and police wasn’t on shyt. Then shyt started getting back to normal lately with them having more presence and actually doing they job. But it’s definitely more to it. They was allowing all kind of shyt to happen
