There's apparently RICO in PA too. But OBH got Fed RICO, so this is just one of those things in which both things are true - the old more widely known Federal ACT, and the fairly new ACT for different states. Philly mob was hit with Federal RICO - every time. Hell, I'm pretty sure most of the people being hit with RICO already assume it's Feds...and in most states would be true.

I researched it yesterday. There's only a handful of States that have it - Pennsylvania, Hawaii, Arizona, Florida, Rhode Island, Georgia, and Indiana
