Lots of it has to do with the tone of gen x and the die hard mentality they have towards life. Good and bad. They know how to hustle but only for themselves. Gen zs aren’t much different in that mentality but they hold the message differently and really don’t understand it.

Gen z is on track to become the new gen xers anyway except there lack the morals, hustle and integrity.

Millennials will be the saving grace
