Its on both sides really, there is a severe lack of young black male heartthrobs and young black woman heartthrobs. Hollywood pushes this shyt and Social Media reinforces it.

I’m terms of non-black figures, that isn’t a problem really, there are tons of them. Emilia Clarke, Scarlet Johansson, Gal Gadot, etc.

IG models are going to have very toxic ramifications for expectations and such though.

Issua Rae is average looking. But hey, there are women who find the actors who played Loki and Kyle attractive too.

They are though, young dudes from this generation know them, I know them. Chyna has been acting since she was a kid, normani was a successful girl group but went solo, lovie was in greenleaf and now she’s in another show called “Selah and the spades”, Ryan destiny was in the show star. So the younger generation knows these girls.
