I diffussed THAT posting what the INVESTIGATORS said about him NOT being a flight risk..and the bail being set high FOR A REASON.

Read all of my posts again, not anywhere have I claimed that it was the only factor, I claimed that it WAS a factor. The law regarding bail bonds contains 2 explicit parameters: Flight risk and danger to the community. Flight risk is a risk measure, it's not binary.

And INVESTIGATORS have not said too much.

The unusually high bail for Jenkins and his two associates was likely requested by investigators, who believe they have more insight into the killing than what has been publicly revealed, said legal analyst Steven Clark, a criminal defense attorney and former Santa Clara County prosecutor.

He added that Jenkins' fame and recognizability make him a minimal flight risk, and his prior run-ins with the law -- including a January arrest stemming from a Sept. 2012 fight with his son and a 2008 DUI arrest -- aren't severe enough to necessitate his bail amount.

"On the face of it, it's an exorbitant bail on a relatively benign charge. If they didn't think he had significant knowledge about the homicide, I can't imagine why he'd have a million-dollar bail," Clark said. "They want to make sure he doesn't go anywhere for the short term. There's much more to this that we don't know."

They made everyone post bail, the driver got $20k, Jeezy's people allegedly got a a mill as well.

This is all irrelevant though, my only point was what bail bonds are based on and one of the factors. And yes it could very well be trumped up to see if anyone talks, I have not argued against it.

You cant compare murder to white collar crimes.

The bail was set for the CHARGES and HIS past history.

More than likely the charges will be reduced for parties involved.

It could be any reason, such as a bogus ass kush odor and on. In this case it was obviously cause the rumor was that the killer had relations to the people on the bus.

I don't know what they are looking at or what you think that I think, I've not said that I think anything except them searching the bus due to the killer being connected to Jeezy and them. You don't even know what type of cases the people on the bus had, some of them might've actually done time for murder for all we know.

And warrants can be issued for nearly anything that's illegal, if the cops want to waste peoples time and on, they can get it. If there's a bigger goal, it's nothing. That had nothing to do with anything though, I already stated what I believed. I'm not on the investigation though, so I don't really know the reason.
