I think a lotta people just want that match cause it didn't happen. If it actually happened, it'd probably get crickets and Cody wouldn't benefit at all from it. Nobody has cared about anything involving Goldust since 2003. I just don't see where/how it'd be a priority. That's third match on SmackDown status.

Cody would benefit much more by actually being given the chance to have a personality again. Until that happens, it doesn't matter who he goes against.
