I agree with @RammerJammer . Everyone Alabama has played thus far has been been meh this season. I hate looking ahead, but I feel like AU is our only "legit" test this season. Versus UGA in the SEC Championship will be our biggest test (in my opinion).

I'd argue that A&M has been a decent surprise this year, considering how they started. We'll see how they fare in November though.

I think the defense has been lights out and so has the running game. Got that old feeling back. I feel like our passing game is OK but I wouldn't rely on it as 1st option. It's out only weakness but it's not really weak.
FSU and Texas A&M have been our biggest tests so far. LSU still going to be a tough one just cause they have the athletes. We should beat them pretty well. The team seems pretty focused. They'll be locked in for the rest of the season.

I've seen progression in the passing game but still not all the way there yet, but it'll get there, not to mention the 1st team offense has only played 2 full games, FSU and Texas A&M. Like you said, defense has been lights out, another word I'd add is FAST, those guys are just flying around the field, Levi Wallace has played very well and Rashaan just punishing dudes on the field, also no one wants to throw in Averett and Minkah's direction

I'm glad we got back to the ground and pound aspect offensively with a new age twist. November should tell the full story but so far I like where we're at
