I really wonder how much he owed for them to do that to him. It seems like he could have sold the stuff himself and paid the IRS. I said in another thread that I owe them too but I'm not going to jail or getting my shyt auctioned off. The bad part is that they probably selling it for next to nothing compared to how much it's really worth.

He could not make the payments....thats why they auctioned him off...I owed the IRS like 7,000 3 years ago...they put me on a payment play.....paid it off in 18 months

Unfortunately, I don't own a business but I got some things coming thru next year that's really going to help me out. But the IRS is no joke. I knew it going in but thought I could manage. I know now and now I can do better.
