Why the hell did she get a masters in sociology? This is an example of people getting a degree just to get it, and not having a plan or strategy for the type of job or career they want to get from that degree. Degrees aren't like Pokemon, you don't collect them just to have them and gloat, you get them to do something with them.
So for example if this chick was really interested in sociology, she should have been doing internships or volunteering at social work centers or something like that back in her undergraduate days. Then hopefully she could get hired on and continue there, or at least she has some applicable work experience in that area. The problem is there aren't enough people telling students shyt like this early on, and those that don't figure it out soon enough are screwed.
