D-Bry can still face Cena at Summerslam. Orton doesn't have to cash in immediately. Of course they could go Orton vs Juanito right away but they can also go RVD vs Orton and Bryan vs Cena.

Randy challenging Cena is very possible but it's not set in stone at all. Hell, him having the briefcase is the easiest way for his long awaited heel turn and I can see him cashing in on whoever beats Juanito for the belt.
