Imagine thinking that Black women getting good jobs is some sort of L for the Black community. :dahell:

This thread is pathetic. White people (mostly White men) still have the vast majority of the good jobs and yet unemployed law school graduates who should be rewriting their cover letter are bytching about what Black women are doing.

When are white men making posts like this?

They just do it, and keep it moving.

Black men need to just do stuff, and not announce it. If they ask, just say you hired the best people for the job. Not everything needs to be announced. Just because you don’t hear about it, doesn’t mean it isn’t happened. Women can be bold like this, and announce it. Men can’t. Men can’t make posts about helping other men. It is what it is.

They hire black women to kill 2 birds with one stone.. hired a woman and a minority

Then u white corporate heads continue to play with these chicks head then u have a lot( not all for the slow reading) sisters become more a$$holes to black men and start to distance themselves from black men especially the brothers that’s out here as electricians, truck drivers, landscapers, etc etc..

I’ve seen it first hand and they look at u in public like u a peasant

Can't blame black women for looking out for black women.....brothas need to do the same for brothas. Black men need to be more discreet about hiring other black men though because we seen as a threat.
Saw a post whether on here or Twitter that said “BW look out for gender, BM look out for race”

I’m not a fan of co-signing anedoctal statements w/o data, but these past few years have shown proof of that. Should we be affected be this? No, but to ignore that anytime there’s a BM ONLY cause or org, it’s extended to the entire race…
When Obama tried having some support for men

:mjlol:

:hhh::francis:
Not here to complain, bicker, or be frontlines in the Gender War. Black Women are making historical strides in various sectors in every business and we NEED them to. We as Black Men will continue to support each other and break open doors to succeed financially like they NEED us.

but brehs on here, online, and irl pretending as if what BM are noticing or attempting to do is “hearsey” or “not enough” is laughable to the point it’s empty words.

1. It would not be allowed by their company
2. They would cancelled for discriminating against women

White people have effectively separated black men and erased black men from academia and the corporate world and it is seen as progress because of anti black misandry.

OP, I thought I missed you but here you come on that bull again :mjlol:

I'm in the tech industry and I see black men posting this constantly. They are ALWAYS trying to help more brothas (and sistas) enter the field.

You didn't make your point. In fact, you just made us all look bad. :francis:
Yep.

The thing to do would be for bm in corporate America to put each other on. My husband does this. So do many of the other bm I know. And none of them are sitting around complaining about what bw are doing to help each other.

It boils down to how a working black woman and man coexist with one another. We've become so vain that instead of being thankful that the bills are being paid, we're debating about who makes more.

Yea at my job, the only black folk in upper upper mgt, like VPs are blk women. And you can’t tell them bytches shyt.
Goes back to slavery in America times you had the mammy running everything. They fear the black masculinity because of the power and might that it comes with. Most women are submissive for the most part in those cases.

There are no black men hiring a bunch of black men, and there is no other group who will. You are being wilfully obtuse.

I don't see the issue with this, instead of competing with women, why don't you create a business, and hire black men? It's good those black women are hiring other black women because people should look out for their own sad that you don't understand that.

/thread but that requires OP to stop whining on Al Gore's internet all the time and actually create the change he wants to see
