Create a robust black lobbying organization, have multiple people, entertainers, pro athletes, entrepreneurs and wealth blacks in general can donate and know that their money is going to an effective cost of making sure people who are going to prioritize the black communities needs: jobs, better education, water that isn't poisoned, police use of excessive and illegal force, etc etc etc.

First and foremost I'd prioritize the African American ethnic group cuz nobody has our back. There's a lot you could do.

I would buy raspberry pi computers and give them to kids in the hood so they can learn how to code. The future is the tech industry and learning how to code should be a basic part of a child's upbringing like learning a language is.

Build community gardens so food insecurity isn't an issue.

To combat the generational wealth issue, you need black businesses. So I'd subsidize black entrepreneurs in disadvantaged areas. I'd also buy out the homes that many black folk rent from dirty landlords and turn it over to them.

for starters, I will partner with Citizens Trust banks and other black owned banks and give out low interest loans to potential home buyers and people wanting to start business in our own communities.
Free Charter Schools with top of the line education with the best teachers, only thing in return I ask is to maintain a B average or better
offer scholarships to seniors, who wish to continue their education, b.u.t can afford to attend the university of their choice
start community outreach programs to provide before/after school care, nutritional programs, enrichment programs, sports programs, open 24/7 to get our kids of these dangerous streets...
open senior citizens centers for our elders
donate to various black charities that are reputable
save the rest and invest for my babies, so they wouldn't have to want for nothing, neither would their babies, and their babies babies...
