@krackdagawd notice his feet are planted when he punches and it generates most of his power, I dont know why I see so many new boxers leave their back foot when punching and especially jabbing shyt annoys the shyt out of me
its almost like they are lunging
You sure about all this bossman? Feet planted=all power no ability to get a way. Punching from the balls of your feet=power(if you possess it)+escapability+movement
idk brehlook at your avatar and you asking me this ? look at the video in the op and you are asking me this ? what are you confused about ?
Is this a serious question

Let's not compare this to Roy Jones
Did I specifically mention roy's latest opponent ? You really think Roy Jones can currently get even close to both that speed and power ? (Mike's a bit heavier so the power difference is natural, but I doubt Roy still gets that kind of strength off his pivot)Mike teeing off on an inatimate object...to Roy facing a former world titlist at age 46 who was 11 years his junior?

shyt was a side remark one former boxer vs one should be former boxer isn't that outlandish a comparison, the heavybag footage provides enough to see speed and power difference, obviously it's over a very short time but even in 20 seconds I don't think jones could showcase something remotely close to that. You can't call Jones' wins impressive this year, the only impressive recent opponent he's had he lost to in tragic fashion.Just posing the question since you brought it up in a thread that had nothing to do with Roy... what exactly would there be to compare between the two based on that video?

You think Mike couldn't do what jones currently does in the ring ?
