My biggest concern for Levis is potential progression being held back by defensive head coach. Josh Allen greatly benefited from Daboll’s guidance being able to tone down on the mistakes and not just over relying on arm strength which is something Levis is definitely going to need. If tonight was any indication I don’t think we have the OC to up level him to his full ability and that’s what scares me the most.
They needed some redirection and designed roll outs to counteract that d line

Levis looks promising. I just want to see the progression that’s the main thing. I’ve seen worse from Lamar and Burrow against this Steelers defense.

Offensive coordinator did them NO FAVORS that second to last drive
He looks good. He is forcing to D Hop a bit which isn't bad but he isn't going through his progressions at times. Those are things you can fix easily. Tennessee has them a QB though.

I see where you're coming from but if they find a dynamic OC, it can work with a defensive coach. The problem is that all the good OCs are about to be head coaches.

Mike Vrabel also hasn't done much to warrant losing his job. The Titans regression can be pinpointed on Tannehill's regression and a ridiculously high injury rate across the board moreso than what he's doing.

Yeah. I can live with a rookie QB forcing it to a HOF-caliber WR when in doubt, though. Going forward, they have to get more dynamic at WR and build around Levis. It didn't help that the Titans OL guys were dropping like flies.

I have no idea how the Steelers always find ways to win. shyt is crazy.
This is what happens when you have a great coach. It's not like the Steelers make big splashes in FA and trades. They consistently win. Here is a black coach that truly was given time to win and did get that Super Bowl. White coaches get multiple chances to be ass. smdh

When is Tomlin's contract up? The Niners need him bad. :russ:

He's on pace to drag this Steelers team to 11 wins.

That warrants Coach of the Year honors -- though I think Dan Campbell would win it if Detroit held its pace and it would be well-deserved -- and a lifetime contract in Pittsburgh

Seems like Pittsburgh plays WAY more methodical and old school than they need to. And it’s mostly bc Najee is a methodical fullback lookin ass RB.

I just don’t understand why these teams always prefer these slow ass backs when speed at RB seems to make every offense better
It's situational

If you have a bad O line you should get a power back who can basically lower his shoulder and fall forward for 4 yards to get easier downs for your QB to work with.

If you have a good O line get a speed back ro break open big gains and catch passes.

Steelers are somewhere in the middle, but have a bad QB, so they got both to keep their options open
