I don't like that Pablo Escobar isn't on that list. I'm choosing three guys.
My triumvirate would be Sosa, Frank White, and Frank Lucas. Sosa is the plug we would never run dry. Frank White was trustworthy and ruthless. And I like how Frank Lucas moved. Avon would be 4.

Nino Brown will rat you out quickly when things go south. Even if it was a multi billion dollar operation. Anyways to elaborate further I'll have Sosa be the distributor and "face" of the syndicate. Pretend that he is the real leader. However, he'll run the operation in both Latin America and will only be in the USA to distribute the drugs. I don't care how he does it. He can do it directly or indirectly via one of his trusted people. Not only that but Sosa will be good for establishing different Latin American connections and building the muscle or even "army." Heck with Sosa we can probably establish connections with paramilitary groups in South America like FARC.
As for me and Gus? We'll remain the secret leaders and live in the states. Like I said Gus will be the brains but more importantly the producer. I will have Gus come up with some of the most predictive drugs on this Earth using his trade in chemistry/connection to scientists. Have him take some trips to South America and start experiementing on ways to make a more addictive form of cocaine. Lets say he makes some new cocaine that is Black we'll call it "Black cocaine" or "Black magic."
We'll have Sosa distribute it through South America, Central America, the Caribbean and then mainland North America and then probably the rest of the world. But first starting with the wealthy/affluent populations. This will be a drug marketed to them to party all night and work hard for days. shyt will effect the entire western hemisphere like a plague.
We'd be racking in billions and be appearing on Forbes lists/ Rival drug Cartels in South and Central America will be confused and wouldn't even know how to get a hand on this drug. They'll be too stupid to know how to do the chemical process in order to create the drug. shyt will be a "secrete formula"like the Krabby Patty that only me and Gus knows. But going back to Gus he'll have many secret underground bases created in South America and the USA.
Underground bases/labs that not even the USA govt wont know about. More importantly Gus will be important for establishing FRONTS or on laymen terms "legitimate businesses." To the USA we'll just be two successful Black businessmen who were friends since "childhood" who finally "beat the system and made it." Gus will have a chain of successful fried chicken restaurants. He can keep the Southwest and West. Me? I'll have a chain of successful nightclubs. I'll keep the Southeast and Northeast. And unlike Ghost I WONT be a dumbass. There will be NO illegal activity in my clubs. And fukk I'll even cooperate with the authorities. But more importantly my employees won't even know I'm one of the biggest drug kingpins in the western hemisphere. Anyways those fronts are how we wash our money. Hell we may even expand outside the USA.
But.... I'll have my own secret "army" or "secret service" for myself just in case Sosa or even Gus betrays me. I doubt they will as it wouldn't be beneficial being that things are going great and we are racking in lost and lots of capital plus I am a high end figure in the states and so the operation will be exposed(did that on purpose) but still can't take any risk. But all in all.... Sosa and Gus are the GOAT combo on this list. With Sosa you get resources and man-power and with Gus you get overall brain power.

I forgot to mention that our smuggling operation will be more sophisticated. We'll invest in more advanced narco submarines due to the resources we have. It'll be more advanced than the one you see in this video.
We'll buy them from the Russians. Yea the Mexican cartels will be utterly cut out of the cocaine business.
