See, but here's the thing... Mayweather and Pac are employees of the boxing commission... Floyd doesn't have any authority to demand anything, especially with no proof or evidence of what they were insinuating.. OSDTing isn't just a simple little drug test..They can test you at any point in time as many times as they want.. Imagine being in the middle of intense training two weeks away from a major fight just to be interrupted for the USDA to stick a needle in your arm and draw blood... I would have refused that shyt too
