Martinez called Mayweather out before he signed a fight with Cotto... Mayweather said he would fight Martinez at 150 then turns around and offers to fight over the hill Cotto at 154..

You can buy into that "I can't work with Arum" bullshyt excuse if you want... So its ok for them to negotiate with Pac, but he can't negotiate to fight Martinez ??. In the same interview you showed as "proof" of ducking (how old are you again?), he expressed interest in fighting Martinez down the line.
