alright so a couple pieces of analysis:

if you have tony montana on your team anywhere you're fooling yourself. He will destroy your business. Same thing with lil ze.

I think we (including myself) are underestimating the poor decisions by Stringer Bell...I think he would usurp your and your underboss (if he's capo) decisions by thinking he's smarter than both of you.

The best soldiers it seems are the Vega Brothers, Jules winfied, Sonny Corleone, Wee Bey, and Furio. I'm surprised at the amount of people who mentioned o-dog...he's just a thug, I'm not hiring him for nothin. The BEST soldier i've seen was THE SKULL; the dude who did in Scarface for Sosa outstanding selection.
