I feel most posters respect the 90s if they're Rap or boxing Fans.

A lot of heavy hitters coming out of that era.

I know some basketball fans disrespect the 90s.

A lot of the music now it just remixing and sampling stuff from the 90s.

It's cool to look back and see how people live at that time on tape.

I would argue the 2000s. Last decade that had a specific feel to it. I feel like starting around 2013 not much has changed.

Having said that, i was born in the 80s and it might be nostalgia but 90s is still my favorite decade.

My earliest memory ever starts at 4 years old, so that's '93 or so. My birthday isn't until June, so for all I know I could be 3 in this memory or this memory could've occurred in '94 before I turned 5. So I don't remember the year, but I pretty strongly feel like I was 4...

I don't have many other memories, snippets here and there, for the rest of the 90s. It's one of those things that if someone brings up something specifically, I'm more prone to remember it. Probably would've enjoyed the 90s more if I was 5-10 years older...

As it is, the 00s are underrated and I prefer em to the 90s...

The 10s were lit. The 20s have been good so far, this the first decade (thus far) I've lived in just one city...

last year that had real creative energy was 2017/2018, because there was classic piff that sounds undeniably "2010s" like Unforgettable. Even shyt like Playboi Carti Magnolia felt fresh and new. shyt been dry overall since 2019
