I know I wasn't the only one that had printed out pics of Super Saiyans in they binder next to the printed out nude celeb pics.
Dragonball Z legit bridged the gap between the thug nikkas and the nerds at my high school. That shyt was almost a sight to behold

Exactly. People don't know how good they had it once it hit the States. Imagine getting a Dragon Ball Episode once a week. That sh!t took YEARS to complete. The States versions ran it so quickly. This is the Dragon Ball I remember. I actually watched the original growing up cause I blessed to have traveled overseas in my youth. Legendary show, not shocked when it finally came to the states everyone was hooked. Even though I couldn't understand a damn word. Loved the show. So now I actually watch it Japanese subtitled instead of dubbed cause I'm use to the original voices. Just to let you guys know the US versions were heavily editied and made the show more "Kiddy" in the States. There was nudity, curse words and more violence in the original versions.
