besides a couple of swipes and tying that nikka up with a truth lasso, not reallylex is worried about the existence of metahumans, so he would be the one to look for info into that...besides superman, bats didn't know or probably didn't care about whether or not there were other metahumans....after the lex file, now he'll care and start thinking of a way to stop them...which is what he cares about, i.e. the tower of babel type shyt....
that's another example of when I say people don't know what they want: they've been asking for this batman for years, and now that it's here, the first thing they say is 'well, what about all the people he killed?'...seriously, what the fukk did they think was happening to people in flipped/blown up cars, buildings that fell, etc....they wanted the more realistic shyt, well guess what, people dying come with that.....

I should have also added Green Lantern in there. I'm a die hard DC fan and I can honestly say that movie sucked.I'd put this movie on par with Age of Ultron. Both films, to me, had many flaws and felt
in some parts but they didn't take me out of the enjoyment/entertainment of it.

As far as Batman killing I think with this incarnation of Batman he kills if it's necessary. He's not on some Punisher or Wolverine tip. Not going into the fight with the intention of killing but if it happens then it happens.
As far as Lex knowing about Batman's identify you have to remember Batman's been at this for 20 years in this universe. He's encountered The Joker, Killer Croc, and other villians in a city that is across the river from Metropolis. With his money and resources I'm sure he would be able to figure it out.
As far as Superman always rescuing Lois, they've been a couple for nearly two years so I'm sure that after the first few times she's gone on an assignment and got in trouble and he wasn't around he made a decision to keep an eye on her whenever she goes on assignment. His mom works as a waitress at a diner in Smallville in the Midwest. The most danger she would probably be in is getting in a car accident. Who is Clark going to keep a closer eye on, his mom who lives in a small midwestern town or his girlfriend who is a reporter who is always sneaking around and getting in trouble?

I'd put this movie on par with Age of Ultron. Both films, to me, had many flaws and felt

I'm wit you on why lex would have the intel but I don't know if that would mean Bruce wouldn't care. He witnessed destruction of metropolis first hand and new that there were other beings as powerful as clark. With him being as affected as he was by the destruction and having access to the resources to do so I can't see why he would research. it ain't gonna break the movie for me by him not having the files, but to be unconcerned or completely unaware of others seems like a disservice to a veteran batman. Which makes me wonder what all has he faced leading up to this point. Aside from the obvious, death of a robin by the joker.
Lol true. For me it was his willingness to shoot in the car chase. The car was bulletproof tho not impenetrable, but still they didn't seem to be a threat more than a nuisance until the rocket was used. Even still didn't bother me enough to not enjoy the movie or feel it was completely outta character.
