Depends on the type of "punk" you're into. I listen to post punk or gothic rock - mostly old school. The new-age stuff is mostly screamo with a Marilyn Manson-esque vibe whom was biting off of Rozz Williams.

Rozz William's of Christian Death - First Communion (He ultimately killed himself; he struggled with his faith, first renouncing it and then accepting it later on in his life. I think Marilyn Manson was heavily influenced by him.)

Curious, why'd you put punk in quotes?
This right here is a great album, its kind of like Experimental/Atmospheric Black Metal but its not as bestial as most Black Metal, it has a lot of mellow instrumental moments while maintaining that dark atmosphere
