Mike prob wasn’t home during the kids formulative years. Seems the kid has no goals and access to a lot of leisure time. That’s a bad time waiting.

A kid like that you gotta tell him you either go in the military, learn a trade, start a legit business or graduate college or I’m cutting you off.

Here’s 10 k and you gotta leave my house.
Mike retired in ‘99, jit was born in early 2000s. He’s just your typical lazy spoiled rich kid addicted to hood shenanigans :mjlol:

People keep using Cas as an example but his situation is different because he was still in the hood just in a nice house. You can own a brownstone in Brooklyn worth millions and be a few blocks away from the projects and you're going to public school with those kids.

It's not like growing up in a gated community, attending private schools, and having to travel to the hood to be around the streets. Flatbush is not the suburbs.

I didn't live in a brownstone. We were in a co-op across the street from Ingersol Projects were I'd go to chill with my God brother.

He didn't make it out. In prison for life pretty much.

The survivor's guilt is depressing at times.

I hate how young black men think they have to portray the image of a crash test dummy or a goon or a reckless individual in order to be authenticated as black.

Black male pathology:snoop:

Yeah idk sometimes kids are just rebellious ass nikkas, no matter what type of law is laid down in the household. Especially once they hit that "I wanna be my own man" phase.

Once the video ends he's going to have to pick them dollars up one by one :mjcry: then put it together nicely and take it home.

Always find it funny when people throw dollars everywhere, I know they picking that shyt up silently one by one. :dead:

The music is poison. I'm sorry, it just is. Folks try to say it's just entertainment but you can't just listen to murder and drug talk all day every day and it not affect you.

Looking back on it, that shyt affected me too a bit. Had me out here looking like 50 and trying to downplay my intelligence to girls, meanwhile M-F I'm at GT sitting in Thermodynamics and Physics 2 labs.

When I graduated HS I shoulda just cut most of my friends off and my damn cousins and left them in the past. But of course you don't see that as an 18 year old.
It’s not just the music but the bolded

There unfortunately isn’t a lot of variety on a major level. Before you had r&b playing a heavy role. It’s on parents to moderate? Yes

However, you can’t be around your kids 24/7. Those hours in school & outside the house are dangerously shaping a lot kids.

Hell you can see how excessive social media & reality tv changes how a lot of adults move
