The right man won, Porter deserved this. Agree w the cards too 115-113 or 116-112. Danny put on a good effort but for me clearly wasn’t enough. Porter outworked him and outdid him in strategy too. He changed his pace and he also switched back and forth between countering on the outside and mauling Garcia up close. This is a well deserved win for Porter and imo one if his most impressive performances regarding the difficulty of the opponent.

The Truth
Nah..porter threw alot of body shots.
He did

So did Danny

The other shots were bullshyt as usual

Porter literally wins most of his fights by being the busier fighter, even if he misses most of them. Even Broner could’ve beat him if that nikka had let his hands go

Danny was more efficient, it just didn’t look like he was in control because Porter would literally throw anything. Garcia didn’t look busier.. Porter would’ve even threw his mommas purse at Garcia if he could.

Danny even controlled the center of the ring most of the time. Porter did ok boxing in the beginning, he had the much quicker hands (black, quick, athletic boxers are definitely Garcias weakness), but he wasn’t going to win boxing. nikka fights like a hoodrat

MIA to ATL
Spence is going to put Porter to sleep...I've noticed in most his fights he is gassed after round 6 or 7 and starts throwing without much snap. Spence gets stronger down the stretch. Also, Porter gets wobbled and off balance too much. Spence too big for the roughhouse shyt. It's going to be an easy night.

I see nowhere where Ugas is the mandatory for WBC

World Boxing Council

Remember when they announced him at the beginning as the number 2 for IBF and number 9 for WBC? The winner of their contest moves into the number 2 mandatory position for the WBC.

From boxingscene.com:

"The SHOWTIME main event will pit two of the division’s biggest names against each other as former 147-pound champions Danny “Swift” Garcia and “Showtime” Shawn Porter square off for the vacant WBC Welterweight World Championship. The winner of Ugas vs. Barrionuevo earns the WBC’s second mandatory position to the winner of Garcia vs. Porter."

It's been discussed all week on the various YT channels.

Jessie Vargas is in the number one mandatory position. As I said, WBC creating new rules as they see fit.
