They don’t fully have the rights to Spider-man because of Sony, so there’s only so much they can do with him.

Thor really should be that dude with Tony and Steve gone, but Disney made him soft.
Thor is a way cooler character in the comics, especially the Walt Simonson era.

They would have also been better off recasting Black Panther.

Like you said, there’s no running plot or consistency either. They need to quit playing and bring in some real characters like the Fantastic Four, Doom, Silver Surfer, X-men, and Blade.
