They're a great combo
Gibbs is the big play threat but Monty is really good when you want to get 3-4 yards a pop and just bleed the clock out. Monty really softens up the defense too. Take a look at how Tony Pollard looked way worse this year without even a washed Zeke splitting carries and softening the defense for him
