Has anyone ever done Horizon Arcade with anyone else? Every time I play it I'm the only participant.

I got into it one time with someone else. Seems hit or miss if you'll get put into a full lobby because normally it's only 3 or 4 people. One time I got into a full lobby but barely saw anyone.
Has anyone entered the Hall of Fame?
I did maybe a couple days after the full release because I was playing it early and was hella hype
I didn’t count it as “beating the game” until I finished all the story chapters tho
When you run over a snowman, its face changes to an unhappy one 
I entered the Hall of Fame. It says I'm in the top 13% out of over 13 million players.
