she's responding like that because the men approaching her arent the men she wants to approach her.
The men she's looking for... ain't looking for her

Pretty much, that plus a heavy volume of dudes asking the same question the same way prob gets annoying. But yes, if the guy she wanted asked those questions she'd either say yes or coach him into the right answer ("aren't you going to tell me what you want to do on the date?").
My only other view on this is dudes need to stop being thirsty and to be real...dudes should be moving like her. You don't know where you want to go eat, after I told you the (nice) restaurant I'd like to take you? Alright then I'm heading out with my homies or staying in and watching basketball. You're not sure if 8PM works and want to wait until the last minute to confirm? Aite no prob, I have other plans talk to you later.
The issue isn't the way she's moving per se, it's that guys have WAY more capacity to move like that and don't because they're too thirsty. So much bad communication exists because it's rewarded. Going on a date should be an event. She's alluding to something I agree with - men should plan dates, if you're going to ask a woman out, and it shouldn't be some bullshyt like "lets go to Applebees and then head to my apartment." Put the effort in because it'll expose two things - 1) the girls who think being unable to make decisions or communicate property is cute 2) the girls who value thought out dates and want to go. Stop letting women waste your time basically.
