Basically what op is asking is do you have to have a black family to be pro black family. The answer is no. I don't have a family but was raised in a two parent home. So I know about the black family and the importance of it as a person who it affects the most, a child. And u don't have to live a certain life to be for something just as long as your life doesn't contradict it

the educated and succesful tend have less children. Not really a problem because often times they want to give their children the advantage of having more resources. Makes perfect sense to me. The more children those families have the less they have to go around. Its simple math man.

The total black population still has plenty of positive population growth.

Today, yes especially with the cost of living taken into consideration. Less burden on the family structure; however, how many of the kids born out of the lesser of fortunate situations turn the population growth into something positive?
