The D (where it's so cold)
Yeah, after that stellar performance against St. Lous @ Home.

Get a grip

We beat a team we were supposed to beat and that's that.

Harbaugh gonna out coach these n!ggas again

He didn't really out coach us as much as certain plays went their way and he coached to them like any coach, NFL, College, High School or Pop Warner coach would, he played to his strengths.

It will be tougher, but I fee like this is a game we have to win. We are a more complete team and it's the home opener.

Harbaugh gonna knock lil Shwartzboy out.
Why? Because he's screaming down and punking replacements refs?:laff: Jimmy going to picking up said teeth if he tries that fukkery again.

The Niners should take advantage of the Lions lack of a secondary, straight up. Those same wham plays we did last year probably won't work this way, but we have better receiving weapons this year. We'll probably play ball control again and grind this game down.
Stafford seems like he's content to just throw it up sometimes and hope his receivers can make a play on teh ball. What did he throw against the Rams, 3 picks? Now, I'll admit the Rams upgraded their secondary, but that still shouldn't happen. If he does that again, the Niners secondary will :eat::eat::eat::eat:

Also, we'll see if they give Moss a 10 yard cushion like GB or if they try and play press. I'm curious as to how long other teams are going to play off Moss before they play tight coverage on him. Might not be until the Jets game...

Going to the game...Lower east stands come fukk with a nikka. Since i moved out here theres nothing more i dislike than these bandwagon SF fans, some true bytches out here boy. Can't wait to put this win in my cac co workers faces.

On the football side of things, its obvious when stafford want to throw it to calvin calvin gets it. He'll be looking to make up for no TDs against STL. Jahvid is missed :sadcam: but K smith is tough and as long as he catches those screen passes, Lions will be alright. It's not a forgone conclusion the 9er D will overpower Stafford. Lions on defense only have to worry about gore and AS11's middle passing game. I expect a Suh and Fairley coming out party on the national stage. I didn't watch the SF GB game but I doubt Smith was going deep. obviously this is going to be a tough game all lastemp annoyance aside. This is either gonna be a 9ers blowout or a close epic game...im going with the latter. I'm also factoring SF feeling themselves a bit too much + home opener jitters/slow starts most team go through. Its all scientific..mystic, brehs.

True Football heads need to watch this game. I still think the country doesn't fully respect both teams. Let's make it a classic.

I think the Niners remember playing the Lions last year and won't be feeling themselves too much. The know Stafford can light it up and Calvin is the best in the league.
I'm sure Lord Fangio will have the D ready to play. Not sure if the Lions are still gonna play that Wide 9 or not, but if they do that off tackle run will be there all day.
Also, I expect a lot of play action from the Niners, based off of the what they showed in GB last week running the ball and also what they did to the Lions last year. If they can hit that, there'll be a lot of this...

but I do love tailgates and football:cheers:. Going to be very interesting for me since I have Stafford as my fantasy QB. My nygga Stafford, u cant have a game like last week:smh:, he was still in the negative points wise entering the 4th qtr while projected at 24:snoop:. The temp is scheduled to be in the lower 70's during the day but we know how cold the stick gets

What happened when Harbaugh turned face to that fakkit, lil James Shwartz bytched up.

And Harbaugh completely outcoached you guys the first time, he ran the ball directly at Suh because he knew Suh was trash against the run, something that really wasn't common knowledge until we punked you guys.

This could be summed up by

"I don't know shyt and hate the 49ers"

Since when are the 49ers a team to be "feeling themselves"

This aint love and hip-hop, keep that shyt in the booth.

Schwartz will leave sad

Chris Houston says Randy Moss is a possession receiver | ProFootballTalk

Few players in NFL history respond more aggressively and decisively to external criticism than 49ers receiver Randy Moss. What makes him great (i.e., the ability to muster a high degree of motivation when antagonized) also has been his greatest flaw (i.e., an inability to consistently muster that motivation absent external motivation).

Lions cornerback Chris Houston risked riling up Randy Moss on Monday, in advance of Detroit’s trip to San Francisco. According to Josh Katzenstein of the Detroit News, Houston said Monday that Moss is a “possession receiver.” Houston added that he doesn’t think Moss can “take the top off” the defense.

Given Detroit’s well-documented problems in the defensive secondary, it’s not the smartest thing Houston ever has said. With Moss snaring a touchdown pass in the 49ers’ Week One win over the Packers, Houston shouldn’t give Moss any extra reason to try even harder to make an impact.

After all, Moss once racked up three touchdowns against the Lions after he was supplied external motivation. And that motivation didn’t even come from the Lions; it came from ESPN’s Merril Hoge, who accused Moss of taking plays off.
