Thor and Goku. Superman will kill you in the process and everyone else are barely "heroes".
Anybody who says Batman is a fanboy. He's the first casualty, kryptonite or not. The fact is despite his intelligence, he can't keep up and hang with the big boys in what is sure to be a chaotic clash of superpowers. That's the one thing I liked that BvS made light of. He spent that entire Supes/WW/Doomsday battle on the sidelines looking like 
Goku would be a good choice, but he has to charge his most powerful attacks and his ki/energy is limited. Hulk would rush him and people like Thor and Wolvie would keep on coming since they can't really be killed.
Supes is a no brainer.
Hulk is powerful as hell, but the downside is that he's pure uncontrolled rage. Supes could handle him pretty well.
One bolt from Thor would destroy Vader since he is mostly machine.
Not sure why Ant-man is on here. He could probably be most effective against Vader since he is so good at sabotaging tech.
In the end, really your best bet is any combo of Goku/Supes/Thor/Hulk. You basically want characters with good-great crowd control.

Yes thats why I'm laughing at everyone that chose Batman.... dude did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the final battle against RetarDoomzday. He basically watched that shyt from the sideline for most of the battle.
But Superman..... the weakness is still not having Batman on his side. For everyone choosing SM.... what's he gonna do when Bats pulls that kryptonite out?
