Jacked and diesel are different.

It's like I tell people all the time there's bag strength and there's bone strength. Anyone can be bag strong, hit a bag hard, that's basically hitting someone with one good or perfect punch. But bone strength, that's when every punch feels like your getting hit with bricks. I believe you can only develop that from a young age. I've not seen any evidence of anyone with bone strength that started in their 20s and 30s whereas a lot of people can wait and get "jacked" or develop bag strength in their 20s and 30s.
Tyson, Liston, Foreman etc = bone strength

Tyreek Hill = bone strength

Average crossfit white boy = bag strength

We all knows those brehs that just got freakish azz strength and athleticism from like elementary and middle school. Like you can feel it just in the grip when shaking hands or slap boxing.

It's like really smart people that can write A+ papers or pass tough math exams without trying too hard.

It's possible, but not for everybody. You do have to have a certain degree of advantageous genetics.

Yes. It's not about the exercise it's about progressive overload.

Pullups and dips can cause enough stimulus to build loads of muscle

Pushups are much harder to overload

I'm assuming majority of his chest gains are coming from forward leaning dips tho

Plus breh also seems to have good genetics for getting bigger.
Those forward dips are probably doing a lot of the work.

Lots of old boxers had bone strength. Hagler, hearns, obviously shavers.

Bag strength can get you far, de la Hoya, lomachenko.

Crawford has bone strength.

It's a point of contention me and my ppl talk about it at length and often, barbershop talk. I kind of think Pacquiao and Mayweather have more bag strength than bone strength.

That bone strength never really fades. And as they've gone on, less knockouts less damage, but more point style fighting and decisions.

It's one thing to win decision especially when you whoop them but the difference is mfs head be lumped up and look like they got dragged out of war.
