If it’s all body weight it shouldn’t take more than an hour.How much time does one need to have? I didn't watch the video. But if that's it's. Especially if that's all he's doing, he can get that down to 45 mins

Jacked and diesel are different.As big as you can get with pushups/dips/pullups, you will always be able to get bigger by lifting weights at a gym.

If youre happy with the physique you built with those traditional 3 movements, that's great. They are great exercises.
