So what they became a fan of the 9ers because they were a dynasty

Says all I need to know about their character

If they really were about that bandwagon life they would've became Patriots fans once the 49ers were terrible. I can't knock a young kid choosing to roll with winners. The bytchmade are the ones that, when they get older, switch allegiances when things aren't going so well anymore

Most of Norcal is actually Raiders fans or Cowboy fans.

:what: no it isn't, raiders have the east bay and la, niners have south bay, peninsula, sf, north bay on up thru Ukiah and all that shyt in the sticks...cowboys? The families with Texas roots, yea, and 90's bandwagoners, but their numbers aren't seeing Niner or raider numbers at all

I live in the Valley. From Sacramento to Bakersfield, I see mainly raiders fans, second, Cowboy fans, third, Niners.

As of the last few weeks though, I'm seeing niners flags all over the place.

Im a niner fan from alabama who became a fan because the first team I ever saw play was the 49ers when my uncle took me to the stick at 4 yrs old. Since then, I've been to no less than 50 niners games all over and have gone to 4 this year.

Yeah breh anytime they are within 8 hrs drive im planning a year ahead of time. I've probably been to candlestick 10 times but most of that was within the past 4 years. Frequent flyer miles and the fact that the tix are cheap to the stick help a lot.

This year I went to the nfc championship, the saints game, the rams game in san fran but that was mainly bc I hv a family member playing for oregon so I went to their game at cal, and the cards game in az bc I went to the fiesta bowl. It's not that expensive to do especially if u plan the trips out. That last game against az was purely luck bc it was within a week of the fiesta bowl.

I'm going to the Stick next season. Hopefully its when they play the Falcons and take a mixed group of Niners and Falcons fans out and have a good time or at least somebody good. We are trying to go sometime between mid Sept thru early Oct

NorCal is NorCal.

Besides, until this year I saw more raider flags in the bay than niners. :manny:

Might be perception bias since raider fans are the worst drivers imaginable.

It's a shytty stadium but probably one of the best game experiences around. I got field level seats for abt 150 Plus those rape fees which is a damn good price. thing I like is at niner games damn near 99 percent ofvfans there are niner fans unlike other places. Like I was surprised at how many niner fans were in atl.

lol @ this

people have no clue what the term bandwagon fan means

it's used for people who switch teams all the time to the hot team

not for someone who decided to cheer for a hot team and then sticks with them for the rest of the time...that's just like cheering for the hometown team

as long as they cheer through the bad years as well as the good years then they are fine

that cheer for the hometown crap is overrated as hell and this is coming from a guy who mostly cheers for hometown teams that never won crap (looking at you Astros)...choose a team for whatever reason you like...just don't be bouncing around to whatever team is hot every other year and expect people to care about you being happy over "your" team

Since when were the Niners a dynasty in the 90's ? I became a fan as a kid in the late 90's. Never saw them play in a Super Bowl and have watched way more losing seasons than winning ones. Sh1t almost this entire past decade has been nothing but disasters for the Niners.
