I hate generalizing and understand that some Chinese joints are clean, but there's enough of them that are dirty as fukk so I don't go anymore unless it's a franchise or they're cooking the food in front of me.

My dad worked as a health inspector for a bit and did a surprise inspection at a chinese joint one day. He said he saw a grandma sitting down sorting through food laid out right in front of her on the fukkin floor with nothing underneath it. :scustmax:

Most of the Chinese spots I go to aren't even really ran by Asians. Miami don't really got much Asians to begin with. My favorite spot is ran by Nicaraguans and the shyt is fukkin delicious
