Going for the Sumo build this year (Chiyonofuji-style), so everything is developed, except I don't have a six pack. 6'0 - 275-77lbs, up to 200 push ups a day, 100 squats with 40lbs strapped on, and bicep curling 40-50 lbs respectively. I would be considered overweight according to the tragically flawed BMI scale.
