I could never get into this. Bored the hell out of me, and the map was I eventually just deleted my save a couple of days ago and I'm going to sell it to this guy on campus for 40$. I bought the game because of the things I'd heard, but it just wasn't for me.

The games cool, kinda linear though.

I got the game sitting on the hard drive and that's one of the things that made me not want to come back to it.

There's also the fact that there is not hook to the story for me which killed my motivation. Maybe when I'm bored as fukk I'll go back to it.

The story was really good and deep. The opening intro was one of the best I've ever seen (Letho wasn't fukkin around). But the fighting system in the game.....I just couldn't gel with it. And it could have been completely been on me, I'm willing to admit it if it was, but I'm pretty adept when it comes to RPG's and that fighting just kicked my ass. I loved the fighting in the first game, but in 2 it just seemed like 2 swipes with the sword and I was out. I'd up my armor with defensive addons but it just didn't matter. Especially if it was in close quarters. The dive made no difference and block just took away from your other abilities. Again, maybe it was me, but as good as the game was in the other areas, the unease about the fighting caused me to throw in the towel. I could have put it on Easy and just played through it but then the game was just too easy so I just called it a day.

Map was too damn big for my taste. I spent hours just running from objective to objective and about 15 seconds doing whatever it was once I got there.
