Bad. Meth is crazy up here. Cartel bring in the drugs from the i-5 corridor. Prerty bad in Portland but I don't know how bad it is in Medford, which is Southern Oregon. Portland is in the Willamette Valley, so that's more North West Oregon, right below Washington.
