bruh...Chatham aint been "nice" since I lived there 15 years ago.
It has nice blocks...but the extra hood shyt is a short walk away.
My area of Humboldt Park is nice...but like Chatham, the hood aint far.
Within the last 6 months, two people on separate occasions were shot literally right behind my house...broad daylight.
