Yo, I can't figure out why the hell I keep thinking about this one ex

It's been years since we broke up and I've had a couple girlfriends since. I've banged out prolly 10-15 other jumpoffs but this one ex of mine always stays in my thoughts. I feel like I'm over her but my conscious seems to be saying..naaahhh nikka.

Your mind has created a defense mechanism on how to deal with the breakup and it slowly created a side effect in the form of a yearn for her causing you to have put her on a mental pedistool higher then most of the females you have encountered in your life. This is obvious because the relationship is over yet you cant get over her. The feelings you have for her are all in your head, you actually invented them. You invented the feelings that you currently have and at the same time you can reverse the affects and destroy those feelings. Here's my advice, go to the store, buy you a Snapple of your choice, take it home, sit down in the most comfortable chair in your house and just slowly drink. After your drink is empty go to the table and write down your feelings to this woman on a piece of paper. Get it all out of your system. Then read the letter outloud to yourself so you can hear how foolish you sound. Read it 5 times. After the 5th time tear the paper up and flush it down the toilet. And if the days go by and she pops up in your head again, just remind yourself that your have flushed her goodbuy and that she is no longer at your reach because you made it that way.
