ATLANTA
Most women already know where they wanna eat before they even get here, from watching real housewife’s of Atlanta. True Story. It’s literally how I learned of a few spots. bytches like let’s go to old lady gang. What the fukk is that? Oh that’s Kandis restaurant, I saw it on real housewife’s of Atlanta :snoop:

My aunt came to town, thats the first place she wanted to go. I never go to tourist traps, but we took her to OLG on Camp Creek. I spent 18 bucks on two drumsticks, mac n cheese and some dry ass greens. :hhh:

I feel you man. I done had two separate women drag me to some bullshyt brunch ass shyt cause they never been to Atlanta, but watch reality TV and wanted to go to a spot they saw on there. Both places, I didn’t even know exist and right down the street from me. Then, I think it was the old lady gang was so crowded we had to go back another day. I’m like you watching all this shyt on TV and didn’t know we was gonna need reservations :rudy:

Of course the ATL
Nan Thai Fine Dining
Tuk Tuk Thai Food Loft
Chai Yo Modern Thai

All owned buy the same family. Great people. Food is top notch every single time.

:obama:

Love all 3...My wife and I had our anniversary at Chai Yo a couple years ago, date night at Tuk Tuk and went to Nan Thai for V Day several years ago. Like you mentioned the food and the intention behind the food is phenomenal. Absolutely great dining experience for those of y’all that like Asian (Thai)

i love both but Nan Thai (high end Thai food) is owned by a Thai family that also owns Tuk Tuk (Thai street food) & Chai Yo (modern refined Thai).

IDK about who owns 2 Urban Licks but it’s ducked off in O4W and the food is good

@Sankofa Alwayz if ya girl wants to support an emerging black owned steakhouse try Low Country Steak in Midtown. Black owner, black chef, mostly black staff and they just opened. They’re still trying to figure out the strengths of their menu but if ya girl likes steakhouses and wants to be in the city give them a shot
He didn’t ask for black owned in the OP. I don’t think Two Urban Licks is black owned either. But good looks on the suggestions... I’m down for the cause

all 23 million miles of useful land
pappadeaux is a chain in other states and the sugar factory is some clown tourist shyt with terrible food and gimicky colorful drinks. this is "player" shyt to a HS aged girl.
yeah man, i take my kids to the sugar factory... not wifey or go on a date. far as pappadeux's theyre to pricey... if you want that creole seafood, cheaper and you get piles on piles of food in your plate, I fuggs with Gumbeaux's. Its in douglasville. once i found out about Gumbeaux's I never stepped foot inside Pappadeaux's any more
