Most women already know where they wanna eat before they even get here, from watching real housewife’s of Atlanta. True Story. My aunt came to town, thats the first place she wanted to go. I never go to tourist traps, but we took her to OLG on Camp Creek. I spent 18 bucks on two drumsticks, mac n cheese and some dry ass greens.
Nan Thai Fine Dining
Tuk Tuk Thai Food Loft
Chai Yo Modern Thai
All owned buy the same family. Great people. Food is top notch every single time.

He didn’t ask for black owned in the OP. I don’t think Two Urban Licks is black owned either. But good looks on the suggestions... I’m down for the causei love both but Nan Thai (high end Thai food) is owned by a Thai family that also owns Tuk Tuk (Thai street food) & Chai Yo (modern refined Thai).

@Sankofa Alwayz if ya girl wants to support an emerging black owned steakhouse try Low Country Steak in Midtown. Black owner, black chef, mostly black staff and they just opened. They’re still trying to figure out the strengths of their menu but if ya girl likes steakhouses and wants to be in the city give them a shot

yeah man, i take my kids to the sugar factory... not wifey or go on a date. far as pappadeux's theyre to pricey... if you want that creole seafood, cheaper and you get piles on piles of food in your plate, I fuggs with Gumbeaux's. Its in douglasville. once i found out about Gumbeaux's I never stepped foot inside Pappadeaux's any morepappadeaux is a chain in other states and the sugar factory is some clown tourist shyt with terrible food and gimicky colorful drinks. this is "player" shyt to a HS aged girl.
