I think it was premeditated because there was tension for a while leading up to this. His mom had issues with Sak already and we know he was getting extorted. I think him and Bortlen planned the hit and thought it was gonna go smoothly but they weren’t smart enough. Bortlen was driving when Melly shot Sak and Juvy, then Melly got out the car on the highway and Bortlen drove them to the hospital claiming they got into a shootout
