It's not about what you did it's what you can prove in court, he is not the one who has to prove his innocence, they have to prove his guilt. Or at least that's how it should work.


From what I've read he obviously knows something about the murder and lied about things, now if he actually did it is a different question. Could've been his friend, some random that he witnessed or whatever the fukk. Based on the 2-3 articles I've read.

They have ballistic evidence to show the drive by was a lie, and to show where the shots were fired from - where melly was sitting. They pinged their cellphones to show the areas they were in. They retrieved snapchat and other messages alluding to the murders.
