I’m still asking what’s respectable? We know 98% of these rappers are doing 100,000 first week.

So what is a good selling album under 100?
For a legacy act like YG, I think 35k is acceptable.

But his popularity has been dropping drastically and he’s been becoming more regional as time goes on. He’s fading into irrelevancy music wise. He ain’t been poppin since 2016.

YG reminds me of the closeted version of Game

I think Game has demons regarding his experiences, if he were brave enough he’d expose those that took advantage of his opportunism but there’s no way this can reflect positively on him

Whereas YG has desires

as for Game, you need to wonder how a young man from the west coast with background as a male entertainment dancer became pre-fame friends with someone like Diddy

YG has had budget-backed success creating a pop version of gangsta rap, big overemphasized productions alluding to g-funk era with attempts at sing-songy chanty choruses

when you have a new album out and all of the sudden being immersed in the product cycle means you are going to pop out and do contrived community walks, that budget is likely dwindling and financial backers are likely unwilling to extend it

That him and these dudes running on stage for the pop up especially for NLU hurt themselves. They cut off a portion of fans for no benefit .

Them Juneteenth Guests not doing so well after all. A Repost from Kendrick IG or Feature from him would’ve helped but hey what do I know? I guess them nikkaz ain’t “Popping out and showing out” on the charts.

YG not relevant outside of the Trump diss.

The reason Game got cool with Diddy has to do with the production deal he was signed to (Desperados Ent). He was signed to D-Mac. He's a street dude who used to work and do business with Diddy.

Im sure this is the reason Game got Henchman as a manager as well. This is prolly the reason Game was supposed to sign to Bad Boy until he ended up at Aftermath.

The entertainment world is prolly filled with connections and nepotism.

All this goofy shyt, because of what we know about Diddy now, is ridiculous to claim about everybody.
